Payment process

Refund policy

We provide 100% full refund to our the customers who meet following conditions: 

  • You have to claim your refund within 14 days of your purchase.
  • For claiming a refund you have to communicate through our support system.
  • If your claim is valid we will give your refund, no questions asked.
  • After completing the refund process, your license will become null & void.
  • There will be no use of your license if you redeem a refund.
  • But of course you can use a free/lite version of any product.
  • Please note, we cannot process refund if the request is made after 14 days of the purchase.
