    100 gm button mushroom

    One bunch of rosemary

    Remove the stalk from the area mushroom and discard. In the centre of the mushroom place shredded Gruyere cheese and cover the bottom and top liberally in butter. Season to taste and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for around ten mins or perhaps until soft
