Issues header transparent and footer top updating medix v1.0.5

Hi.
I have some issues when I update medix from v1.0.5 to other versions example the v1.6.2

First of all, header and menu became white and I can’t return to transparent header.
Second thing, the footer top loose 2 of 4 columns!
