Instal Error: Destination Folder Already Exists

If you are seeing this error message when installing your theme, you have 3 options to choose from:

Option 1: Delete the old theme from your wp Dashboard, then upload he new zip through the Dashboard.

Option 2: Access your FTP. Rename the old theme folder in wp-content/themes to something like themeOld, then upload the new version either as a zip through your Dashboard or unzipped into the themes folder through FTP. This option lets you keep the old theme version on your installation in case you want to switch back.

Option 3: Access your FTP > wp-content > Themes. Delete the old theme folder, upload the new version either as a zip through your Dashboard or unzipped into the themes folder through FTP.
